DANCE FITNESS

Our dance fitness course will focus on dance moves that will help you loose weight. Some times we may dance with dumbbells and ankle weight. Sometimes we may do intense cardio by dancing to fast past movements.

Our dance fitness classes are SO MUCH FUN! Wether you sign up for our energizing hip-hop aerobics or our dance fitness class (where we dance with heels), you will be sure to have the time of your life. It's like you are dancing away your inches.
